Suggested Use

Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 3 capsules once daily upon arising with a full glass of water. For best results, wait a minimum of 30 minutes before eating.

Consult a health care practitioner if you have any type of acute infection, have stomach ulcers or inflammation or have an autoimmune disorder. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome (detrusor instability).
Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine). Contra-Indications: According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, do not use this product in cases of exterior excess, qi stagnation, damp obstruction, food stagnation, yin deficiency with heat signs, or skin lesions in their early stages or where there is a heat toxin.
Do not use this product if you have high blood pressure. Do not use this product if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Do not use if you are sensitive to iodine or with iodine supplements. Do not use if you have cardiovascular disorders such as hypertension and arrythmia .
Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
