Description

Suggested Use
Recommended Use: Traditionally used in herbal medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress).
Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (≈ 5 ml) one to four times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia); if symptoms persist or worsen; if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
Contra-Indications: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, artificial flavour or colour, or starch.
