Recommended Use/Purpose: Helps to support bone mineral density.
Recommended Dose: For postmenopausal women and men over the age of 50, take 1-2 capsules daily on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours before or after food, calcium or milk (these significantly reduce the absorption of strontium), but ensure that daily calcium intake is adequate. Vitamin D and calcium supplements should also be taken if dietary intake is inadequate or recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Do not use if you have, or are at high risk for blood clots (e.g. if you are temporarily or permanently immobilized, over the age of 80, taking birth control pills etc.), heart disease and/or circulatory problems (e.g., heart attack, peripheral arterial disease, stroke, high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia and diabetes etc.). Do not use if you have kidney disease.
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner in case of rash or hypersensitivity reaction as this may be a sign of serious allergic reaction (e.g. DRESS Syndrome, or Stevens Johnson-Syndrome).
