Recommended Dose:
- Children 5 to 10 years: Take 1 tablet, one to two times daily.
- Children 11 to 16 years: Take 1 tablet, twice daily.
- Adults and children 17 years and older: Take 1 tablet three times daily OR 2 tablets upon rising and 1 tablet before bed.
- Take away from foods of animal origin (dairy, eggs, and animal fat).
