Equally important to the potent polysaccharides bound within the cell walls of the mushroom (fruiting body) and mycelium (vegetative mass) are their method of extraction. Hot-water extraction is the only clinically validated system for dissolving the indigestible fiber called chitin that forms cell walls. Once dissolved, chitin—the same compound that gives lobster shells their strength—is naturally removed with the water content to obtain standardized extracts of up to 40% that constitute Resilience. The result is a highly bioavailable and convenient delivery method of 400 mg of our broad-spectrum mushroom blend per vegan-friendly capsule. In addition, both independent scientific studies and all references from traditional Chinese medicine refer to hot water–extracted mushrooms in their research findings.

Suggested Use
Recommended Use: Resilience features seven polysaccharide-rich mushroom extracts that will increase energy, stamina, stress resistance, and immunity.
Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 2 capsules three times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take with a meal if gastrointestinal upset occurs.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners (anticoagulants); if you have diabetes; or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. This product is sensitive to humidity and heat; keep in cool and dry place. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
